The results of this study showed that homeroom teacher’s role in the maintenance of guidance and counseling were still weakness. The approach used was a descriptive case study, with key informants in the study is the homeroom teacher of SMAN 1 Pariangan Tanah Datar. The design of this research was qualitative research.
